What helps most
- Both addresses, including the floor at each end and whether there is a lift
- If it is a managed block: which block, and whether the goods lift needs booking
- Roughly how much there is, including the basement, loft and garden store
- Anything old, heavy or fragile — veneer, marble, gilt, mirrors, a long-case clock, a piano
- How much packing you want done, and whether you need storage between completions
- Your date, even if it is provisional — we will check it against the fixture list
What happens next
We read it, come back to arrange a survey, and quote in writing afterwards. If the loading point, the lift or a home fixture looks like a problem, you will hear it from us before the day rather than on it.
